From April 2010 Epump Ltd and Pumpgear.co.uk implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 with the aim of:

1. Meeting or exceeding customer expectations by effective communication and review of customer requirements.
2. Provide our customers high quality products and services, on time delivery, and at a reasonable cost.
3. Effectively manage our products, processes, and services to provide superior customer satisfaction.

Following a period of trading with continuous improvements and internal audits, full certification & registration will be sought.
